Fraport AG had been operated Antalya International Terminal I (AYT1), which is the first BOT project of Turkish Aviation Sector, between April 1998 to September 2007. Antalya Domestic Terminal, on the other hand had been operated by State Airport Administration during the same period.
 
In April 2007, ICF Airports, which is a joint venture company of IC Ictas and Fraport AG, was awarded with TOOR (Transfer of Operating Rights) of Antalya Airport including domestic and international terminals for a 17-year period (until 2024). The amount of concession agreement was about 2.37 billion EUR, which is a record price in its field. As a result of the concession agreement, ICF Airports has been operating AYT1, Domestic and CIP Terminals since September 14th 2007.
 
Antalya International Terminal II (AYT2), on the other hand, will be operated by IC Holding-Celebi Consortium until September 2009 and thereafter ICF Airports will takeover the management of the AYT2 according to the concession agreement. Moreover, management privileges of ICF Airports in Antalya Airport also contain VIP, CIP Terminals and all other related facilities.
 
Within AYT1 complex; there is a terminal building with 55.000 square meters closed area and 8 passenger bridges, which provides 12 available plane parking positions.
 
Domestic Terminal complex, which shall be renewed according to the concession agreement, has approximately 22.000 square meters closed area.

Domestic Terminal and Technical Building refurbishment, modernization of AYT1, Heating and Cooling Center, Waste Water Treatment Plant and investment plans of Power Station, Apron Connection Road, and Apron Fuel Hydrant has been considered under the EPC Contract concluded between ICF Airport and IC Ictas Insaat.
 
Being in the center of such efforts and investments and due to increasing touristic demand, Antalya has become one of the world wide famous tourism center. As a result of such trend, Antalya Airport served almost 15 million passengers in 2007 and become a touristic gate of Mediterranean.  
 
ICF Airports, targets to reach and sustain a growth rate bigger than the growth rate of tourism without decreasing the high terminal operation standards achieved in Antalya Airport.
