IC Ictas Port Inc.
Ic Ictas Port Inc., which is a subsidiary of IC Holding, acts as an investor and operator in all infrastructure, airport, seaport, highway and parking lot projects. Its aim is to be a pioneering institution which conducts notable infrastructure investments and operations in Turkey and neighboring regions respectively. IC Ictas Port Inc. has determined its aim as to create a brand which can compete in the international arena thanks to the strength it has gained from high technology and service quality.
IC Ictas Port Inc. operates its first venture Antalya II. International Terminal AYT2, which was officially inaugurated by the Prime Minister Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan on 17.04.2005, with Celebi Holding. Subsequently, Çeşme Marina Project (BOT) has been developed in 2006 and set to work after the contract was signed on 25.01.2007.
ICF Airports, which is a joint venture company of IC Ictas and Fraport AG, has created an esteemed brand name and corporate culture in aviation sector. In the meantime, ICF Airports was awarded with TOOR (Transfer of Operating Rights) of Antalya Airport in April 2007 for a 17-year period. This achievement strengthened the sectoral position of ICF Airports and makes it one of the most prestigious international terminal operators in the sector.
